TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 37 OF 2016 By (1) Kennedy Kipchirchir Kibet and (2) Sharon Jelagat Kibet, both of P.O. Box 116, Turbo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dinah Jepkemboi Chemisto, who died at Mediheal Hospital in Kenya, on 17th September, 2015. CAUSE No. 50 OF 2016 By Antony Walukhu Watakila, of P.O. Box 22, Wenuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jenifeva Mwakha Opamba, who died at Webuye County Hospital in Kenya, on 28th October, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
