TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 191 OF 2016 By (1) Phelesia Beatrice Aluoch Otieno and (2) Emmanuel Were Mukhaga, both of P.O. Box 20723-00202, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vincent Were Agweli, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 26th December, 2015.
