TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 72 OF 2016 By (1) James Mburu.Kirogo and (2) Ng'ang'a Kirogo, both of P.O. Box 61, Kagwe in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kirogo Kaguongo, who died at Gachoire Sub-location, on 12th December, 1964. 706 THE .KENYA GAZETTE 3rd February, 2017 CAUSE No. 122 OF 2016 By Simon Kinuthia Mbugua, of P.O. Box 312, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbugua Kamau, who died at St. Mary's Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 30th July, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
