TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this Court in: CAUSE NO.1 OF 2017 By (1) Edward Hemedi Kivuvani Kivuvani and (2) Amina Jillo Dajissa, both of P.O. Box 54371-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widower and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Qamu Jillo Dajissa alias Qamu Dajissa Kivuvani, who died on 11th April, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
