TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 504 OF 2014 By (1) Joyce Makumbo Mwawana and (2) John Opiyo Odero, the deceased's widow and family friend, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Mwakulomba Mwafuga, who died at Miritini Estate, on 17th November, 2011. CAUSE No. 505 OF 2014 By (1) Mndeye Samuel Kavani and (2) Julius Kafani Mwandaza, the deceased's mother and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vincent Lugwe Mwandaza, who died at Coast General Hospital in Kenya, on 30th August, 2002. Box 10546, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jetoon Ebrahim Esmail Arbi Gadatra, who died at Nairobi, on 27th October, 2011. CAUSE NO. 181 OF 2016 By (1) Christine Wachuka Gaithuma and (2) Jacqueline Njahira Gaithuma, both of P.O. Box 95919-80601, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's executrixes, for'a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Njoroge Gaithuma, who died at Aga Khan Hospital, in Kenya.
