TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 455 OF 2016 By (1) Paustina Atsieno Odakha and (2) Alice Achieng Odakha, both of P.O. Box 68, Nambale in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Oda Omadwa, who died at Alungoli Sub-location, on 1st May, 2009. CAUSE No. 463 OF 2016 By Francis Ikapel Omete, of P.O. Box 33, Amukura in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John William Ikapel Omete, who died at Amukura Sub- location, on 30th September, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
