TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 856 OF 2015 By Siprosa Ogutu Onyango, of P.O. Box 15, Oyugis in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Domnicus Onyango Ogola, who died on 21st February, 1991. CAUSE No. 857 OF 2015 By Zilpah Aoko Odongo, of P.O. Box 1, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased's sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Owiti Kuni, who died on 15th March, 1980. CAUSE No. 860 OF 2015 By (1) Rujina Adhiambo Okongo and (2) Owili Mwai, both of P.O. Box 86, Rangwe in Kenya, the deceased's widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Okongo Chiawa, who died on 17th September, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
