TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 263 OF 2016 By (1) Beatrice Muia Mutia and (2) Muthengi Mutia, both of P.O. Box 221-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutia Mitau, who died at Noor Nursing Home, on 7th October, 2003. CAUSE No. 348 OF 2016 By James Parsilanka ole Kuronoi, the deceased's son, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Kenyua, who died at Ntulele, on 14th July, 2004. CAUSE No. 379 OF 2016 By Peter Kiio Munyilu, of P.O. Box 1579, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's grandson, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutanu Makau, who died at Makusya Sub-location, on 8th April, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
