TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 448 OF 2016 By (1) Charles Ogolla Ogot and (2) Julius Kungu Ogot, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogot Okeyo alias Gilbetus Ogot Okeyo, who died on 14th May, 1986. CAUSE No. 526 OF 2016 By Doriccah Alivitsa Kiliyo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Angune Mondoi, who died on 9th January, 2015 . CAUSE No. 706 OF 2016 By (1) Jenipher Midumbi Oliech and (2) Michael Odhiambo Oliech, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonadus Oliech Adongo, who died on 15th May, 1999. CAUSE No. 935 OF 2016 By Angelina Akinyi Siengo, the deceased's sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Janes Otieno Awili is Otieno Awili, who died at Kisumu, Salunya, on 8th October, 2015. CAUSE No. 941 OF 2016 B, Reuben Orem Owili, for a grant of letters of administration ate to the estate of Eliakim Adede Owili, who died on 2nd June, CAUSE No. 942 OF 2016 By Grace Adoyo Ogusi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogusi Mango Onyango, who died on 13th May, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
