TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 453 OF 2016 By Patrick Nudi Gawo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julias Gawo Magudha alias Julius Shem Gawo, who died on 30th March, 1988. CAUSE No. 946 OF 2016 By (1) Millicent Akoth Odhiambo and (2) Comelia Akinyi Okal, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Odhiambo Odera, who died at Upper Kadianga, on 5th January, 2015. CAUSE No. 948 OF 2016 By (I) Jenipher Atieno Odhiambo and (2) Hellen Adhiambo Ogada, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vitalis Oyondi Kaswere, who died at Kombewa Hospital in Kenya, on 17th May, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
