TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 657 OF 2016 By Phoebe Awino Onunga, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hezekiah Opinya Wego alias Hezekia Opinya, who died on 26th July, 2014. CAUSE No. 951 OF 2016 By Wilkista Akoro Otiende, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aloice Otiende Oindo alias Aloice Otiende alais Otiende Oindo, who died on 17th July, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
