CAUSE No. 109 OF 2016 By John Madegwa Lubobi, of P.O. Box 1350, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Lovovi alias Peter Luvovi, who died at Mugomari, on 25th March, 1971.
