TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 365 OF 2016 By .John Ochieng Othieno, of P.O. Box 10, Bumala in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Otsieno Maindo alias Othieno Maindo, who died at Bumala Sub-location, on 3rd October, 1971. CAUSE No.416 OF 2016 By Francis Ouma Nachibwende, of P.O. Box 13, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eunice Mlamba Nachibwende, who died on 20th March, 2015. CAUSE No. 418 OF 2016 By Millicent Achieng Nakhone, of P.O. Box 147, Butere in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Okune Mukuba, who died on 30th September, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
