TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE N0.517 OF 2016 By Monicah Nyambura Mugekenyi, of P.O. Box 655-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mugekenyi Nganga, who died at Nairobi, on 27th October, 1989. CAUSE No. 592 OF 2016 By Geoffrey Njoroge Njenga, of P.O. Box 441-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased's son,- for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelly Wanjiku Gathuri, who died at Gitiba, on 5th May 2010. CAUSE No. 599 OF 2016 By Abraham Kabiru Kariuki, of P.O. Box 51, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kariuki Kabiru, who died at Ndeiya, Kiambu, on 7th February 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
