TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 328 OF 2016 By (1) Aloyce Wandor Oduor and (2) Helida Atieno Oduor, both of P.O. Box 122, Uranga in Kenya, the deceased's father and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Oluoch Oduor, who died at Komenya Kowala Sub-location, on 10th July, 2015. CAUSE No. 376 OF 2016 CAUSE No. 234 OF 2016 By (1) Phoebe Akinyi Oluoch and (2) Nerea Akoth Otieno, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Oluoch Omoro, who died at Kokal Sub-location, on 6th August, 2016. CAUSE No. 408 OF 2016 By (1) Veronica Akinyi Orwa and (2) Jackline Anyiko Ogutu, the deceased's widow and cousin, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mark Oduor Omondi, who died at Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, on 29th September, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
