CAUSE No.512 OF 2016 By Douglas Jared Ombongi, of P.O. Box 1131-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilder Kwamboka Ombongi, who died at Christamarianne Hospital in Kenya, on 25th September, 2015.
