TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 124 OF 2016 By Gladys Wamuhu Kimani, of P.O. Box 1200-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kimani Gitau alias Kimani Gitau, who died at District Hospital, Kiambu in Kenya, on 20th September, 1994. CAUSE No. 130 OF 2016 By John Njenga Muniu, of P.O. Box 677-00216, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muniu Kabui alias Muniu Kabui "A", who died at Gitiha, Ikinu, on 1st July 1993. CAUSE No. 148 OF 2016 By (1) Lucy Mwihaki Kinyanjui and (2) Margaret Ivy Wairimu Kinyanjui, both of P.O. Box 63919-00619, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Kinyanjui Kahugu, late of Kiratina, Githunguri, who died at Pangani, on 21st August, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
