TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 122 OF 2016 By Margaret Akumu Were alias Magret Akume Were, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okeche Ogeda alias Augustinus Okeche Ogeda, who died at Miriu, on 25th December, 1985. CAUSE No. 123 OF 2016 By (1) Agnes Omolo Okeche and (2) Teresia Akelo Okeche, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adie Ogoro, who died at Homa Bay on 17th September, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
