TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 98 OF 2016 By Betres Nzwii, of P.O. Box 27, Kithyoko in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Of Kalondu Matheka, who died on 11th November, 2000. CAUSE No.101 OF 2016 By Esther Nthenya Mualuko, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mualuko Munguti, who died at Etikoni, on 27th March, 2012. CAUSE No. 115 OF 2016 By (1) Samuel Maingi Tabitha and (2) Eric Mutua, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tabitha Kiio, who died at Matuu, on 26th May, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
