TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 87 OF 2016 By (1) Patrick M. Malaki and (2) Mutumo Mutulu, both of P.O. Box 35502-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mutulu Malaki, late of Nguluni, who died at Shalom Hospital in Kenya, on 4th May, 2015. CAUSE No. 107 OF 2016 By Sandra Mwelu Mutinda, of P.O. Box 23100-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rose Mutinda Musyoki, who died at Babu Medical Centre, on 17th November, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
