WHEREAS Chekil Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in the Republic of Kenya. is registered as proprietor lessee, all of P.O. Box 3083-10100, Nyeri in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 20591/35, situate adjoining Lake Naivasha in Nakuru District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 79268/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional ccrtificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
