WHEREAS Benson Keli Kioko, of P. 0. Box 3933-00506, Nairobi in Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 59.17 hectares. Or thereabout, known as Nairobi/Block/55/202/141, situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
