WHEREAS (I) Mwanje Sumbati Bets and (2) Wafola Kombwa, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership intere,t of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kakamegs, registered under title No. S/Kabras/Samitsi/952, and whereas sufficient evideni c has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof ha. been lost. notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days fr' rn the date hereof.
