WHEREAS Mohamed Adam Abdurahim, of P.O. Box 2562, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the beneficial owner of all that piece of land situate in the district of Mombasa, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XVI/l 66, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days Front the date hereof, I shall open it new land register o ovided that no objection has been received within that period.
