APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (I) (g) of the Public Private Partnership Act, 2013, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury appoints— Francis Ngokonyo, Stephen Mallowah, Bertha Joseph Dena, to be members of the Public Private Partnership Committee, for a period of five (5) years, with effect from the 1st February, 2017.
