APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 66 (2) of the Civil Aviation Act, the Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development appoints— PETER 0. MUHOLI to be the Acting Chairperson of the National Civil Aviation Administrative Tribunal with effect from the 10th March, 2017, and revokes the appointment of Rachel Ngetich*.
