NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 8th November, 2016, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 496, in Volume DI, Folio 55/965, File No. MMXVII, by our client, Aishatou Leah Ayieta Josiah, of P.O. Box 51562-0O200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Aishatou Leah Ayieta Hydara, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Aishatou Leah Ayieta Hydara and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Aishatou Leah Ayieta Josiah, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Aishatou Leah Ayieta Josiah only.
