WHEREAS Christopher Ngure' Gathuka (ID/0854259), of P.O. Box 22, Elburgon in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Thika, registered under title No. Ruiru/Kiu Block 10 (Mahiira)/1239, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) issued .thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
