REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (I) Richard Zenda Bongei and (2) Henry Marova, both of P.O. Box 13698, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of that piece of land situate in the district of Kilifi, registered udder title No. Athi River/Township Block 6/2, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said green card is missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to reconstruct a new green card and upon such registration the lost green card shall deemed as cancelled and of no effect.
