TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 2914 OF 2013 By (1) Francis Kimani Gichuri, (2) Peter Gitau Gichuri B. and (3) Francis Ndirangu Gichuri, all of P.O. Box 433, Kiambu in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased's last will, for a grant of probate of written will of Gichuri Gitau Gichuri, late of Kiambu, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 14th July, 2004. CAUSE No, 463 OF 2014 By (1) Paul Kiprotich Ruttoh and (2) Molie M. Imali Vitolo, both of P.O. Box 73441-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widower and grandmother, respectively, through Messrs. Mengich & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Metrine Khavai Lisutsa, late of Nairobi, who died at South C, on 23rd July, 2011. CAUSE No. 55 OF 2017 By (1) Diana Muthoni Wachira, (2) Serah Wambui Wachira and (3) Susan Muringii Wachira, all of P.O. Box 8245-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Loise Wangui Wachira, late of Nairobi, who died there on 25th October, 2016. CAUSE No. 162 OF 2017 By Anil alias Anilkumar Maganlala Samani, of P.O. Box 10713- 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased last will, through Messrs. Harit Sheth, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of probate of written will of Manekbai Maganlala Samani, late of Nairobi, who died at Cross Roads, Hillview, on 6th December, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
