TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 188 OF 2016 By (1) Maureen Washuka Ngatho and (2) Sylvia Mukuhe Ngatho, both of P.O. Box 840-80109, Mtwapa in Kenya, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Janet Njeri Mwaniki, who died at Mtwapa, on 15th November, 2015, CAUSE No. 197 OF 2016 By (1) Beatrice Mary Achieng, (2) Emily Atieno Otieno and (3) Norbertus Anthony Otieno, all of P.O. Box 80762-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's co-wife/sister, daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Priscah Opiyo Olwande, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 11th July, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
