TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 545 OF 2016 By (1) Anne Mary Apalata Omukaga and (2) Dick S. Omukaga, both of P.O. Box 8, Amukura in Kenya, the deceased's mother and father, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patricia Omukaga Ijutu, who died at Kwang'mor Sub-location, on 28th December, 2015. CAUSE No. 551 0F2016 By Krisanto Omonya, of P.O. Box 153, Amukura in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barasa Omojiri, who died at Onyunyuri Sub-location, on 6th July, 1986. CAUSE No. 30 OF 2017 By Janifer Akwende Oruchum, of P.O. Box 1, Amagoro in Kenya, for a grarit of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Echuku Oruchum, who died at Kokare Sub-location, on 19th September, 1970. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
