Box 23, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oyugi Andrew Chzito, who died at Bwiri Sub-location, on 5th August, 2016. CAUSE No. 52 OF 2017 By Aluphunsi Were Sumba, of P.O. Box 190, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaburieli Sumba Okeleto, who died at Mayoni Sub-location, on 7th February, 1995 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
