CAUSE No. 239 OF 2017 By Esther Wangeci Mwaniki. of P.O. Box 15, Karaba in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Gatimu Njoka, who died at Wachora Sub-location, on 21st July, 2009.
