TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this Court in: CAUSE No. 160 OF 2016 By (1) David Ojwere Opiyo and (2) Joshua Ataro Opiyo, both of P.O. Box 70, Rangwe in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Opiyo Obwanga Ocharo alias Opiyo Obwanga, who died on 30th December, 2003. CAUSE NO. 165 OF 2016 By (1) Teresa Adhiambo Keya and (2) Phylis Anyango Odindo, both of P.O. Box 18, Rodi Kopany in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mastinus Nyanjwa Majiwa alias Martin Nyanjwa, who died on 8th October, 2004. CAUSE No. 55 OF 2017 By Julius Juma Okewe, of P.O. Box 130, Roth Kopany in Kenya, the deceased's stepson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salina Achia, who died on 25th May, 2005. CAUSE No. 58 OF 2017 John Otieno Ong'or, of P.O. Box 32, Kadel in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abisayo Ong'or, who died on 26th April, 1974. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
