WHEREAS Caleb Omondi Omollo, of Yala in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownerthip inierest of all that piece of land containing 1.39 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Ssya, registered under title No. East GemlNyandiwa/968, and wherea sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title decd issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof.
