No. 495311X/6, situate in Thika Municipality in Kiambu District, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 7827/1, and whereas •HFC Limited has executed an instrument of discharge of charge in favour of Angelica Wangui Ndungu Waithaka, and whereas an affidavit has been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said grant registered as I.R. 7827/lis not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said lease and proceed with registration of the said instrument of discharge of charge. L. 19 and R. L. 7 and issue a land title deed to the said Public Trustees of Kenya, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said to Githuka Munene (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
