NOTICE is given under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of the following motor vehicles reg. Nos. KAN 935Y, KBK 987S, KBQ 208W, to take delivery and collect their said motor vehicles lying uncollected at the yard of Thika Auto Mobile Services Limited, Muindi Mbingu Street, Thika, opposite Thika High School. Further notice is given that unless the said motor vehicles are collected within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice upon payment of storage charges and any other payments due and incidental costs including the publishing of this notice, the said motor vehicles shall be sold by public auction or by private treaty to defray the said expenses.
