NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 6th March, 2017, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 131, in Volume B-13, Folio 1698/17980, File No. 1637, by our client, Isse Farah Olad, of P.O. Box 2, Mariakani in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mursal Arab Mohamed formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mursal Arab Mohamed and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Isse Farah Olad, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Isse Farah Olad only.
