IT IS notified for the general information of the public that the Cabinet Secretary for Health declares that the 3rd day of March of every year is masked as Jiggers Awareness Day in Kenya. (No. 12 of 20 10) EXEMPTION APPLICATION BY THE INSTITUTE OF CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS OF KENYA (ICPAK). PURSUANT to section 29 (4) of the Competition Act, 2010, it is notified for general information that the Competition Authority has rejected the application by the Institute of Certified Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) for exemption from the proposed fees guidelines for services provided by professional accountants.
