TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court CAUSENo. 86 oF 2016 By (l) Liz Wanjiku Ngare and (2) Emmanuel Ngare Gittrua, both of P.O. Box 24-00618, Ruaraka in Kenya, the deceascd's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Githua Muturi, who died at Kahawa Sukari, on 9th March' 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thfuty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
