REGISTRATION

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya to the owners of lorry MAN, KBT 448G, lorry DAF, KBW 967G, lorry MAN KBT 691E, Elite Trailer, ZE 5128, 1 40FT container, 1 accident Mitsubish; Canter with no registration number, 1 containerized mobile water purification plant, TATA pick-up grounded with no registration number. To take delivery of the said goods which have been lying at the premises of Shaluma Enterprises Limited in Nyali along Links Road, Mombasa within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of storage charges, auctioneers costs and any other incidental charges plus costs of publishing this notice. Failure to which the said items will be disposed off either by public auction or private treaty without any further reference to the owner's in order to defray the storage charges, auctioneers costs and other related charges in accordance with this Act. But should there be any shortfall, the owners will be liable thereafter. Dated the 21st February, 2017.
