Box 2566– 00202, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Penninah Gathoni Muchomba, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Penninah Gathoni Muchomba and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Gathoni Wamuchomba, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Gathoni Wamuchomba only.
