WHEREAS James Gathinja Muchira (11)10302579), of P.O. Box 315, Embu in Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 1.358 and 2.02 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, registered under title Nos. KirinyagaIMarurumo'767 and Kirinyaga/Marurumo/879, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
