NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Gist Concepts, owner of stock and furniture which has been lying at the GAZETrE NOTICE No. 4839 premises of Primrose Management Limited being L.R. No. 209/410/2/4/5 and 6 located at Prestige Plaza, Ngong Road, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of the claim of KSh. 870, 822.12 storage charges and any other incidental charges plus costs of publishing this notice, failure to which the -'id stock and furniture will be disposed off either by public auction or private treaty without any further reference to the owner in order to defray the claim storage charges and other related in accordance with the Act, slId the by any shortfall, the owner will be liable thereafter.
