NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Messrs. Patmose Technical Services Limited, of P.O. Box 57364-.00200, Nairobi, to collect the non-conforming uncollected stay wires SWG 7/8, that have been lying at the Kenya Power and Lighting Company Limited, Nairobi South Stores, upon expiry of thirty (30) days from the date Qf publication of this notice and upon payment of all the outstanding storage charges plus any other costs incurred, failure to which the said stay wires SWG 7/8, will be sold by public auction or private treaty without any further notice and the proceeds shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to them. This notice is issued pursuant to section 6 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) as read with clause 7.9 (7.9.8) and (7.9.9) of the General Conditions of Contract (GCCs) of Contract documents between KPLC and Messrs.
