REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Egidio Ferraroli, of P.O. Box 868-80100, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as lessee from the Government of the Republic of Kenya of all that piece of all that Apartment G IA situated on all that piece of land known as No. 5367, Malindi, situate in Malindi Municipality in Malindi District, registered as C.R. 29925, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
