THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Gitonga Kahwai (ID/4927595), of P.O. Box 6799, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land situate in the district of Thika, registered under title No. Thika/Miunicipality Block 30/2305, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (Green Card) of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register (Green Card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to open another land register and upon such opening the said missing land register shall be deemed obsolete and of no effect.
