WHEREAS Michael Kinuthia Kihiuhi (1D/14655624), of P.O. Box 10-000216, Githunguri in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land situate in the district of Thika, registered under title No. Juja/Komo Block 6/76, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the 16th June, 2017 THE KENYA GAZETTE 2815 land register (Green Card) of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register (Green Card), have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to open another land register and upon such opening, the said missing land register shall be deemed obsolete and of no effect.
