WHEREAS Alice Nyaguthii Thuku (ID/428 1869). is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0415 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Naivasha, registered under title No. Kiambogo/Miroreni Block 1/2383 (Itherero). and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost/misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct the green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
